Every time I’ve been here they’ve been rude or terrible. This time they have all this social distancing stuff in regards to covid, which cool - they should - but then I’m trying to drop off a sample that could’ve been mailed (and the only reason I didn’t was bc I didn’t want the sample to spoil in the summer heat) and they make me check in and sit there in a room full of people (elderly at that) and wait to just literally drop off a sample? Seems counterproductive to your covid procedures and really stupid. I left fuming this last time.
