So where do I start as you well know this Flagstar used to be Wellsfargo, And before that another bank which is great because the bank is located on a corner where businesses and residents a like thrive. But anyway this review is about Flagstar,now I do use this bank, by inheritance if you know what I mean. I gave the bank 3 stars because it’s not what I’m accustom too, set up is a lot different and customer service could be better. The ATM machines were giving me problems in the beginning but of late has improved with new set up. I will continue to support this Business in hopes to see it one day become what I believe the people and workers hoped it would be. Sharing this information with the viewers and public is only in my opinion is to help The south side of town and Fort Wayne overall. These reviews are for you the people to have an insight or may be an ideal of where you’re going and what you are dealing with but ultimately you should explore these places for yourself.

The process is crazy. After sitting with a teller for about 45 minutes, I still had to go wait in a long line for about 20 minutes to add the money to the account. When you would think that the teller you opened the account with should have been able to do that. Once I finally made it out of the line, I had to go back and wait another 10 minutes to finish everything up. Now at one point the teller walk away from me and went into an office where she stayed for 10 minutes. Only for her to come out and find that it had nothing to do with me or my account.... So unprofessional!

The bankers, Katelyn and Zaw gave excellent help in a very caring, but professional, way. They went out of their way to help a refugee with paperwork needed for his Medicaid application. This bank is busy, but it is worth the wait for the wonderful help that is given. Thanks a lot.

I have been sitting here for almost three hours to see a specialist. As I sit here and see workers sitting on their cell phones not helping the ever growing room of people needing assistance and no one reassuring us that they are doing the best they can, I am deeply considering and will change to another bank after the holidays. My money that when it was Wells Fargo was available as soon as I deposited it into the atm, now I am having to wait till after Christmas to get it. Happy holidays to us. Gez.
