This is a great pet store and I hate to see it leave. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They get alot of new staff and have kept several. The new staff are quick to learn with their great training program. Thanks for serving Richmond and I hope all your staff find great new jobs.

Every time I shop here its something.. From dead bugs to bursting light bulbs to quoting wrong prices over the phone and making me pay for the correct price . The girls who took care of my issue were rude we get it you hate your job but don't take it out on the customers
