Prices are fair, but I don’t think the staff is knowledgeable about the rabbits and guinea pigs they sell. Every time I’ve gone in, they don’t have any hay at all in the enclosure, and when I bought a rabbit from them, the girl at the counter told me he wouldn’t need much hay (wrong). The rabbit I bought was 3 months old and they had the wrong kind of food in there with him as well. Rabbits need pretty much an unlimited supply of hay. I asked today why there was no hay with the rabbits and she claimed they were low and that their pellets have hay in them, but given that even the rabbit I bought from them did not have hay, I don’t think they bother to give it to them.
I just spent a half an hour in this store with a young man named Sean and his assistant Sequoia. They were so helpful and so knowledgeable and their fish department and so friendly that I will probably never go to another pet store again. I really appreciate it there help. What a clean and beautiful store. I live on the coast so I don't get to Eugene often but it was a nice surprise to find such a great new place for my fish and pet needs

This is an awesome local pet store with a little of everything. Great selection of high end dog food and free samples! Folks working there were very friendly and helpful.
