We have banked with for years we have always had good experiences with them.We now have a branch in Salem with several people we know working there it is even better. The Salem branch is great .

Hello I love banking with central they are great, it's just that every time I make a online purchase and have plenty of money in my account it won't let me touch the rest of my money at the atm. Just a minor malfunction. Thanks for listening

I started an account at Centra Credit Union in Salem. They printed me an Atm card at the bank, today I try to withdraw some money and they have failed to set my card up completely.nSo I go to the Salem branch and one of the tellers came to the door due to the virus going around they will not help me or let me in they tell me to call card service witch is not open until Monday!nThe branches all around me closed down at noon again to the virus going around so now we have to go to Columbus for me to be able to have acess to my money. I am on the way to Columbus I will be taking all my money out and closing that account down. I was looking forward to using this bank as it is convenient to my home but after this experience I will not being using them again.

i thought switching to a new bank would be stress free but i am learning that there is no such thing.. Not only am i more confused with the bank statements but i do not understand how your statement shows one thing but does something completely different such as there is not any way for me to know what my available balance is off the computer or statement which i was under the impression that if it shows a certain amount then thats what is have in my account but looks as if im being told that i was actually in the negative when some purchases were made instead of having the amount that it showed me having on the statement.nlooks like it will be looking for another bank after all so that i can understand when it comes to my money
