Sales associate was awesome. Very attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my shoe. I bought a pair of the Hokas and they are awesome. So comfortable. Definitely recommend a stop by and check them out.

Becca and Kate took excellent care of me today. I returned a pair of Hokas that I had purchased 6/18. I noticed this morning that my sole had started to separate. I went in and asked for options, I was told they could swap for a new pair and Becca sat me and asked what my size was. She brought out a new pair, got them on my feet. Real happy with the process. Excellent customer service. Staff was very polite, friendly and professional. I had to sign the return receipt and was done with no hassle at all. Very happy customer!

I'm not sure what your store policies are, but offering a free shoe cleaning is great...however the employee ripping out the insoles of my mothers tennis shoes, putting a brand new pair in, and then telling her she owes $21.00 is 100% ridiculous! She didnt even have time to tell him to stop before he ripped them out! ud83dudc4e
