Red Wing

Redwing is awesome. My past employers always used Tromp N Tread (which was great) but now we use RedWing. At first I was feeling like the selection was smaller than I'm used to seeing, but I realized its because they only stock the best options. I personally wear a Large size boot so I'm used to always having to order mine in. Customer service is very helpful as well.

Kala and crew are wonderful. You get what you pay for with the Red Wing brand and the customer service is above and beyond.

First pair of boots were great as well as customer service. This year started out good but customer service was lacking. Boots special ordered. Had to keep checking as no phone call when boots were in. The boots kept having black stuff coming out heel of my husband's boots. Took them back and they reordered new ones. New ones came in clerk shoved boots to my husband and went to help other customer. We had even bought the $60.00 inserts for these not so cheap boots. I called manager 'just left' left phone number for her to call - never got call. Guess we will look for another store for work boots!!!! Why do younger people think that they don't have to give good customer service??????
