Fantastic service, great help

Had a great first experience. Dealt with an older couple who was happy to help and friendly the entire time. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had this time around. My friend and I went in there 6/4 around 3. We dealt with a middle aged lady. She was rude from the start. I opened up with an open ended question pertaining to the fit of a shoe. She acted like she wasn’t interested at all and helping us was the last thing she wanted to do. The interaction was short because after five minutes and one pair of shoes tried on we didn’t feel welcome and decided to leave.

I wish we'd discovered this wonderful shoe store decades ago! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient and the selection is out of this world. Only the best brands and lovely styles. My new favorite store!

Although I had to return the shoes I bought, it had nothing to do with the shoe or the service. They treat you like the superstores of yesteryear. Personal and caring,searching for the shoe that fits your criteria! Wonderful experience,if I am in Terre Haute again will be sure and visit.
