This place is decently laid out. The staff was very attentive to my needs and questions! Only reason it's not 5 stars would be their staff needs to be better trained in their department. The girl working with the fish didn't have a clue what she was talking about when it came to the fish and wanted to argue as I tried to teach her.
This place is awesome. I just started shopping here after I bought my boy his first baby beardie. They are so helpful kind and polite.
Love this store! Go weekly when today was told no mask no service, no masks were provided. I asked for a number for manger and was told that they can't give number out and to find it online. That it has stated from march that masks were required, which yes it has but I have NEVER worn one since march and always was able make my purchase. Chick wouldn't supply her name and no name tag was worn. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I will take my money to where I'm treated like a person, shame on this business!

Went to the store to look at their ferrets. My husband and I were thinking of adopting one and the lady at the shop knew nothing about the age or sex of the ferrets or where they were sourced from. When we went to hold one we noticed one of the ferrets necks was stuck in the material on their hammock which was badly shredded and looked to have needed replaced months ago.
