Helped me out in a tight spot, while trying to rebuild my credit. Simple payment plan. Always courteous and polite when I would call them with a question. I would use them again and recommend their services.

Had a loan through this company a few years ago, they refused payment, demanded $1200 for me to get the car back, tried to sue me for the amount I paid for the car, after owning the car for 2 years, I filed bankruptcy, this is a shady company, and the attorney I used for my bankruptcy said it is common for this company to refuse payments, then sue their customers, do not go to this company for loans, unless you want them to unnecessarily destroy your credit! There are much other better companies you can go to. I’ve been able to repair my credit and have a brand new car, but I warn everyone I know to refuse loans from this company on any auto loans! The family that had gotten stuck with this company ended up having to make in person payments, due to payments supposedly not being made, or being lost on their end.

I have no complaints about this company at all. My first loan through them was for a truck that was totaled. They made it very easy for us to close out our loan and even ensured that we were able to get our refund for our warranty that we did not use. When we went looking for another vehicle they offered us another loan at a very good APR rate. Katie worked very hard to get me a rate and payment that I was comfortable with. I would recommend this company for anyone who is needing to build up their credit.

I would give this place no stars if possible. They’re crooks. I had an auto loan with them, and I sent them my payment via check. They called me claiming they never received the check, and wanted me to make a payment. They assured me if they happened to get the check they would shred it. Well, what a coincidence they found the check after I made yet another car payment over the phone using my bank card this time, and they ran the check through right after. I’m so glad I traded my car off and got a new car with a new loan company that’s not crooks!!!

I’ve never had so much trouble just trying to make a payment. I wish there was a way to switch lenders this company has no customer service whatsoever...update* 4 hours later still no luck reaching anyone in this scam of a company. I’ll just move & not make any payments thanks for the car ud83dudc4dud83cudffe
