If I could rate this lower, I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. There is no communications whatsoever. I have been waiting for TWO HOURS for my telephone appointment. This telephone appointment I didn't even know I had because the appointment was never confirmed. I'm glad I didn't make the drive. A two-hour wait is absurd. Even pre-covid, they seemed to always be overbooked. I have more to say, but this in enough.

It was asome experience, now I can rest pretty good all night long.

Avoid this business.I didn't believe the bad reviews, but now I see how right everyone was. I've had pre-authorization from my insurance since 06/03/2020. As of today, I still cannot get this sleep center to set up my sleep study. They refuse to return my calls or give me any answers as to what is going on. They have a call center in Texas who answers their phones. These employees are extremely rude, unorganized, and overall very unprofessional. They've lost my paperwork at least 5 times now and have zero ambition to fix any of their mistakes. The only semblance of help I've received is from the Rio Rancho location and that was just with getting my initial literally only 30 second long MD consolation done. I have no idea what these people do all day... they like to use the excuse of "we're in a meeting and we will send a message for the Santa Fe Sleep Center employees to contact you" funny, because they never call and their meetings seem to last 9 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Awful. The staff tries hard and is very nice, but the place is overrun and overwhelmed. Feels like a cattle call. Patients have long wait times for very short visits with Doctor Diaz, who acts completely checked out and uninterested. Good luck asking a question or getting a doctor who seems to care about your health and well being. This feels like a money making business, nothing more. It's the only sleep center in Santa Fe and it shows--they need some competition.

While we found the staff at the Santa Fe office to be kind and helpful, we were dismayed to discover that they didn't immediately follow up with getting order faxed to cpap supplier. I called after one week when we didn't hear from the supplier, and found that the Santa Fe office had only faxed the into to the supplier, one week after I had been in the office and had been told the order was being faxed. After two more weeks of waiting we called again and were told that the supplier was waiting for additional info from the Sleep office. So we called and were promised they'd get it done (yesterday), but they still hadn't done it. Only today after I called and expressed my frustration at the slow action did they actually fax the one missing piece that hadn't been sent before. I have waited almost a month now and still have yet to get the much-needed supplies. I do hope this office can get the kinks ironed out soon.
