This place is a total joke - not a place to go. The staff is absolutely rude, will hang up on you if they don't like what you say and are totally unaware of of medical office practice procedures and totally arrogant. They also don't pay attention to HIPAA regulations and violate the rules.

I've never heard of an office not accepting New Patients because their not already sick. This seems like a bogus excuse to avoid accepting new patients!nnMy son needed a school physical and a school immunization form completed. I was basically told that McKenzie Family Practice doesn't do that. Strange... what do you do with all of your other school-age patients?

I've been going to McKenzie family practice for 7 years now and in every instance I have been greeted with friendly customer service at the counters and my doctor (Dr. Sharrer) has been more than willing to answer any questions I have. I never had a problem with my billing or getting appointments and I recommend their services to anybody looking for medical services.

I was so excited to meet Dr Lebow when I read about him after going off one of his patient's recommendation. He is the president of Veterans Legacy Oregon, so this was appealing since we are a retired Army family. Guess what? He or not one of the Drs in his practice take our Military insurance, Tricare Select. I am so so so disappointed. How can you say you support veterans and not take their insurance??
