Very caring people, always helpful, whether on the phone or in person. I don’t know all the staff yet all the ones I do know, know what they’re doing. My doctor, Katie Schoonover, is the best, very caring and thoughtful and takes all the time with me that she needs to glean the necessary details, and we have fun chatting. A chance for some ‘healing’ laughter too. I just received my flu shot, and Jessica is the best
