I can't believe how uninformed the staff are you can't get surgery times or anything. Patients need to know when their surgery is so the are able to inform family. We were told to get here right away but nothing was done until almost noon. Then I was told I was having surgery but not what time my family needs to be informed we live out of town. This is a lovely hospital but purely run and dirty .

I had a great experience with my new PCP. This was my first time seeing a provider here. It was easy, the PAR staff were professional and capable. The MA was proficient and the NP was easy to talk to. It was an appropriate amount of time and I got done what I needed. Good people.

Nurse and Radiology Staff were very kind, informative and caring. Doctor could have been a little more communicative but overall I received great care considering we are in the middle of a pandemic and I imagine you all are so exhausted. Thank you so much!

I've been to the ER twice this year. 1st for a face rash that almost closed my eyes. They wanted me to wear a mask even though it caused me a lot of pain on my face.nThe 2nd time was for Afib. I had to get some medicine. Took 3 attempts for an IV, then the med they put in my IV caused a reaction(see pic).. The nurses are fun to talk with but they do wander around like they don't know what to do. They don't keep track on your progress. I wasn't ever told about my blood work either..
