Failed Communication. Not one care provider that visits the house knows what the other is doing. Sad. I called intake to tell them patient was transported back to the hospital for sepsis. Wound care stayed they spoke to wife and reported possible infection to wound. Untrue I was not home. Renter to the hospital is a fail for home health. Don’t leave your partner that is receiving home care alone for any amount if time. Praying for my husband to not have his leg amputated.
They delivered me at this hospital 29 some odd years ago. So I've got to give them 5 stars for that. Then also, in my later years they took care of me when I fell ill with Schizophrenia in the JU. Much love to those people, despite the bad feelings..
