I went in with a persistent cough. All staff were friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. I was assessed professionally and given appropriate medication and advice

I come here regularly when my dr is unavailable. Two of my children have disabilities. They are always so nice and accomadating. Tammy is very nice as well as the nurses and providers

I am very disappointed in my care at this urgent care! I was struck in the eye by a tree branch and decided it was best to have a dr look at my eye. It was very painful and the lid was swelling badly so I decided to make the 45 min drive into town from my home outside of Noti. Once I arrived at the clinic my vision was blurry and both of my eyes were becoming very sensitive to light. They did a vision test and the dr stated he did know know why my vision was so bad. Um maybe because I just got poked in the eye by a tree branch!? I mean seriously .. then they put a dye in my eye to see if there was any rips or injury to my cornea. I have a fairly large size scratch across my cornea which I also took a pic of the results on my phone. Just looking at my eye alone would prompt anyone to assume it is very painful let alone what the dye showed. The dr then stated he now understood why I was having trouble with my vision lol . I was in alot of pain and asked the dr to give me something to take home to take the edge off. . A medicated eye drop would be perfectnI suggested to the dr. The dr refused and said that i need to be able to know if my body is telling me something is wrong. My eye has already told me that! Ok, I get the whole opiod epidemic our country is having but I have zero history of addiction and barely ever even drink alcohol. I didnt plan on smoking the eye drops! Lol Since my visit my eye has gotten more swollen , my vision is not worse but I am barely sleeping. The annoying pain coming from my eye is keeping me up most the night. I just cant believe that the dr would not even give me a eye drop or something to help a little bit! Anyone could take 1 look at my eye and know it is painful. It looks awful. This black and white aproach to opioids is not going to work. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with the service I got at that clinic. I will not be going there or suggesting anyone else go there in the future.

Went in for gum infection cause by dentist, nurse n other staff were great but NP Lang was more interested in angerily asking me why the new dentist didn't give me antibiotics when he seen the infection, idk wasn't a good enough answer so she had to ask 2 more times then gives me a med that the pharmacist was upset with cause I'm allergic to penicillin and this was highly likely to cause the same reaction. She didn't touch the area with a lump she just took a quick peek at it without a flashlight, lump is way up in my left cheek where they give you a shot of novacaine. Thanks for the anxiety attack Lang I will be requesting you never help me again my cptsd won't allow it

I was in Urgent Care W11th, Sunday, August 16 for a dermatitis on my scalp from vitamin E. They were very friendly, assisted me through the process, and took care of the issue, with follow-up directions for me at home.nStaff very professional from check-in to the very end.nNow I'd like to thank these fine Dr's, nurses, and everyone there, as I know it is their job to be professional, however, I wonder how many times they are thanked, and appreciated.
