Absolutely the best urgent care I’ve ever been too. Way better than even a regular doctors office. They are able to assist me financially with either a bridge program or payment arrangements AND the staff was funny and friendly. I was seen within 10 min of arriving and back home in less than an hour from when I left. This was by far the friendliest medical place I think I’ve ever been seen at. Hopefully I won’t need to go back but if I ever do, this one will be my choice! Thank you!

Please don't take your little ones/infant in this urgent care. My one year old daughter had 103.9 degrees fever on Friday evening and was suggested to be seen urgent care by pediatrician. When we arrived to Urgent care, I saw the board wrote down - 15 mins waiting... We ended up waiting for an hour to be seen. Finally we got in a room, RN was concerned my girl's breathing too fast and had low oxygen that needs breathing treatment so she suggested me to take her to Emergency Room. I took her to ER and nurse checked on her breathing and told me that her oxygen is fine, she DID NOT have any difficult breathing or need breathing treatment! I was infuriated and I asked ER doctor why this Urgent Care sent me to ER and was told that Urgent care RN/ Doctor are not familiar with INFANTS care and would referring you to take your baby to ER. I am now ending up with double billing with Urgent Care and Emergency Care bills!

I don't usually write bad reviews, but I felt the need to warn others based on our experience here. We brought our 2 year old daughter in on a Sunday to be treated for a suspected fracture after she fell at the playground. The X-rays confirmed that her tibia was indeed fractured. The doctor we saw ordered a splint for her leg and told us to leave it on until we were seen by the orthopedic doctor as Slocum later in the week. The nurse applied the splint and was told by the doctor that it was done incorrectly. She tried again, this time with assistance, and the doctor gave it the ok. We were told to leave the splint on until her appointment, which would be in 5-7 days. Our daughter was in excruciating pain throughout the week, not eating or sleeping, and crying inconsolably most of the time. We discovered why she was in so much pain when the splint was removed at Slocum 5 days later. The nurses there were in shock when they saw the sores and bruises on her foot, that they said were due to improper splinting and negligence on the part of the nurse and doctor at the urgent care center. They filed a report and contacted PeaceHealth Urgent Care to alert them of her injuries that were caused by their medical staff. I have also tried calling the general manager of PeaceHealth and NO ONE has bothered to contact us to address the issue, apologize, or check on how our daughter is doing. The medical team at Slocum confirmed that these injuries were completely unacceptable and should not have happened if the splint had been done correctly. Our 2.5 year old suffered incredibly pain and is now being treated for her injuries, which are more severe than the actual fracture. We are extremely disappointed in the negligent care and lack of compassion towards our daughter, who suffered under their care. Clearly the staff needs better training in how to treat young children with broken bones. We hope this doesn't happen to other children in the future.

102 fever, called in to ask if they are taking walk ins. After the nurse comes out she tells me they are not taking anymore people. Sign says 45 minute wait. Not that they are turning people away. Useless.
