I really like their selection of shoes and the prices. If I need a cheap pair of shoes I'll go to shoe carnival. If I need a good pair of shoes for dress or casual I'll go to DSW

Always friendly staff, good selection and prices, no loud noises or pressure to buy. Very enjoyable shopping experience.

My sister and I love this place. Great selection and great prices. Be sure to check out the clearance racks, super great deals there. But get it when you see it because chances are it will be gone on your next visit. We like yo get our socks there. And there's a good selection of accessories. And super nice purses.

Unfortunately, very disappointing. I have a wide foot and there are virtually NO wide widths in the store. Their shoes are beautiful, their displays are eye catching, but it does me no good to shop there.nPlease get WW or bring back Payless Shoes

Was in the store for 30 min and tried to chase down an employee twice. The kept going to the back room to get on their cellphone. No one checked on me I finally found someone and they advised me they just really didn't carry much for my size and rushed off. I have a gift card and probably will never use it. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
