Pet Supplies Plus Evansville

Went in to get some shrimp for the tank and ended up finding this pretty girl. The owner was the one who I had the pleasure of dealing with and he was incredible! There were plenty of customers but also made sure he answered any question I had.nWe use this store for their good and healthy selection of fish but also the dog wash bay is extremely helpful too!

I frequently go into this location, and recently needed help, and had an awful experience. Finally I was able to stop an employee to ask questions regarding food because we’ve had issues with our dogs having food allergies and or not doing well with certain foods.. I was told which isle to go to, and wasn’t given any assistance as far as what would be best, or explanation on which foods would be beneficial for us. I’ve had great experiences finding things on my own, but I left upset this time. I go in thinking I’m able to get help, education on what your products are, and asking recommendations/information on top products you sell. I have sense not been back to the store as I left upset unable to find what I was looking for, and still unsure on whether I’ll return because the employee simply didn’t make me feel like he would be helpful at all allowing me to ask questions, and to be shown what my best options are. I only wanted the best for my dogs, and to leave with what would benefit them most.nnSince this situation, I’ve been to other stores in the area to find what would be best such as pet food center, ect. This location is the closest, and would be easiest to shop at, so I’m hoping in the future my experience will be better, and i will get the assistance I need.

I tend to visit for fish and birdseed. They've always been very helpful. It's nice to talk aquariums with the employees since the ones who wrangle fish for me keep aquariums themselves.nnFish here seem to live longer lives than fish from PetsMart, although they are not as colorful until you feed them color enhancing flakes for a few weeks.

Falling in love with this place. Joined the rewards club. Always find good deals on toys. Great selection of good foods. Knowledgable staff. Just a great pet store for whatever animal you have. Good location too.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful there. They always have what I need to care for my pets!!
