Waste of time. The doctor acted like she didn't want to mess with me. She really didn't look in my chart. Nobody has really explained my mri. I am still have back pain I cant sit for very long. I'm have been dealing with this since July. I'm tried of dealing with doctors. Now I know why people don't go to doctors. I had to use google to see what some of the words mean. Thank goodness for my sister. She explained it better to me than a doctor did. I hope therapy works cause if not I'm done going to the doctor I rather leave in pain than doctors who doesn't want to deal with you. She didn't even say come back if you have any more problems or anything. She didnt even say bye or hope you feel better or anything. She walked out of the door so fast. I just sat there waiting dumbfounded. I doubt anything gets done about this. No I'm not calling anyone to complain.

Do not waste your time here go to the ER. I went in on crutches 2/28 barley walking in afternoon with severe back pain on one site. I have a history of back pain and one surgery. My wife and I waited 2 hours in an uncomfortable room. A Nurse Practitioner was available. Pain is throbbing every where and he told me I have kidney stones. I have never had kidney stones but I know what back pain is. He did not refer me to anyone to confirm. Gave me a pile of meds of which i have already been on and told me to drink tons of water. Don't waste your time with nurses see a damn doctor. 2nd time i have made this mistake in this area and I am done with it.

My mother is in here for orthopedic same day surgery right now. I just want to say this is a beautiful new building and everything is up to date and very welcoming. They even have dinner type booths if you want to get food and bring it back to the waiting area. EVERYONE has been extremely friendly and inviting to my mother and our family as we wait. I just especially want to thank Lisa H that is working as the waiting lobby receptionist. She has kept us informed every step of the way and even when I left for a minute she called me to let me know what was going on. She also heard us talking about going to get some food and drinks and personally brought me a fountain drink so I didnt have to leave again!! I've never been treated so well as I've waited in a surgery waiting room before. Every hospital should be this way. So thank you thank you thank you for making this a positive experience!!
