I have brought my dog to this place for the last two years for grooming. I also buy food there and use the self-serve dog wash often. They have a new groomer according to her since April. I took my dog to this morning for grooming that I’ve had scheduled for two weeks. This woman was the rudest person I have ever met. It was so bad that I took my dog back out the door and told the manager how bad my experience was. I will not pay money to be treated poorly. And in my experience, which is extensive as my mother raised and showed dogs all of my life and was an AKC judge, any person that is this rude and mean is usually terrible around animals. My dog will never go back again.
