BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I highly recommend the family bundle deal. More than enough food for the price and it was delicious. We have had a few service issues here and there but Management has always made it more than right and for that I wanted to give this place 5 stars. Maria (I think that is her name) and Jeb have been fantastic when listening to my concerns and didn't even hesitate to offer SINCERE apologies and make it right. Thank you guys for turning what could have been disappointing service into a service I felt I needed to post about! It has been rare during these times and it's so refreshing!

Not only did staff go out of their way to serve me, but the barbecue chicken salad is the best salad in the Known Universe. These folks get my vote for both food and service. They're the best!

We went here for my husband's birthday dinner and the entire experience was awful. The wait time was double what they said it was going to be. Then the food took an hour to come out to us. While waiting the hour for our food there was only one server in the entire section we were in. The manager kept walking by and watching all of our drinks empty and build up on the edge of the table without clearing them or even asking if we needed anything. After I waved him down and said something to him he went and yelled at the server that was waayyyyyy overwhelmed and was receiving no help. We tried saying something again to the manager about how there should be other's helping her on a Friday night and he has no response. There were 3 girls just sitting in the front of the restaurant when one of them could have been helping. Jennifer you were an amazing waitress and I am so sorry you have to work for such a horrible manager. This was the worst visit I've ever had at a restaurant. And on top of all of that our food was half cooked and thrown together. So sad to see such a nice restaurant have such poor management. Hopefully they change that..

Big fan of the food that BJ’s offers as I have been a customer for a few years now. After picking up dinner after work this evening and getting home I noticed one of my items were missing from my order sheet. I called back and the guest relationship employee by the name of Alexis was very kind and linked me up with the manager after apologizing for the missing item. The on duty manager, Marlene got on the phone with me, was very apologetic and offered to bring me the missing item right away, which were chips for the artichoke appetizer. I would never ask for something like this but Marlene insisted and 15 minutes later was at my front door dropping off the item. Very kind and very professional. I will continue to be a customer of there’s for a long time to come. Thank you!
