Urban Vapors

GREAT place!nGood selection of devices, accessories and juices, cool atmosphere, moody lighting, roomy, clean and welcoming.nThe staff is knowledgable, helpful and super FRIENDLY!!nThey always have the replacement tanks and coils that I need, and when it came time to purchase a new device, I got excellent advice. They didn't try to push the most expensive one at me, but rather asked questions to get an idea of my regular habits and what I had liked/disliked about my previous one.nI COULD buy a greater quantity of juice during my visits, but don't - I enjoy dropping in every two weeks because it is the only place I shop where I actually enjoy the experience!nThese days, I pretty much order everything online or have it delivered, but I make an exception for Urban Vapors.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A very large selection of e-liquids to choose from. They also carry a pretty respectable array of the latest popular hardware on the market. I prefer their Pearl St. store as it's a block away from my home, but rumor has it they are closing their smaller Pearl St. shop.

Excellent shop. Staff are always open to help and assist. From juices to tanks to mods to batteries. They have you covered.nnI even had a bad Humvie 215w, called them for what to do with warranty, they helped a lot. Was back to vaping in no time. And this is what I use to avoid cigarettes.nn5 stars due to selection, staff, and pricing.

Super good staff. Personable and friendly. Overall great experience and when something was wrong with the item it was instantly replaced.

Cool place. Very nice and helpful. Love the pictures of the pups! Puppy friendly!
