Thinking Tree Spirits

Solid flight! The chocolate Rum surprised me! I didn't like it on the first sip but the notes of cocoa nibs on the natural sweetness of the rim was actually really well balanced (on my palate at least)

Almost didn’t stop, but the bartender was excellent! She made you feel like an old friend. Drinks were fun. The products were great and she helped us with recipes we might want to use them in. We will go back next time we are in Eugene!

Enjoyed a tasting of their spirits, the fun is fantastic and great for sipping. Will visit again when we are back in town!

Really impressed with all that they do! My recent visit and tasting confirmed my initial impressions. Their growing list of spirits make me excited for new experiences. Well worth the purchase.
