I’ve been a member with OnPoint for 5+ years. The Eugene branch has always gone above and beyond what they’ve needed to do. I’ve been met with nothing but excellent service and super friendly staff each time that I’ve gone in. Would 10/10 recommend.

when fraudulent charges appeared on my statement onpoint stood by me and cleared charges. They acted swiftly in investigating and added protection safeguards.
They are the only credit union anywhere around that is open on Saturdays which was very helpful!
Debit card didn't work. After contacting two separate individuals, neither of them responded offering any assistance. I expect that from BOA, not a credit union.
