I was gaffed off for 8 months, by this business, after making an appointment, he no showed twice,, when my well was running in the night for no reason, I called and told him If he couldnt do it I'd call someone else, he said he could do it and that I needed a new pump,, he quated me a price,.,he came out late while I was at wrk. He then left me a message saying my pump was fine, but charged me 2 hundred less than his quoted price for a new pump. and all he did was change the resin, if that. This guy is dishonest and a scammer, call someone else!!

Called 2 times to find replacement filters for my RO drinking water system that we purchased through this company. The first time I called I spoke to a woman who didn't know anything about their dinking water systems. I gave the women my phone number and she stated someone would get back to me. I waited about four days, then called again. I spoke to a man who said that he would look into the replacement filters for my system. I gave him model numbers that were on my filters. It's been over two months, no one has gotten back to me.

Came out on a Friday evening, prepared to work late into the evening to fix an older water system. I have significant respect for how they do business.
