I have minute a few mental behavior health facilities. Franciscan is a top-of-the-line the Mooresville office dr. Naser is amazing their courtesy is outstanding and they're caring for the patients is top-notch

If you are going to insist that all patients/visitors wear a mask then all the employees should wear one too and properly. Covering the mouth and nose at all times.

I needed to have two cyst removed from my head and my research found Mathew J. Libke, MD. Overall the experience was great but I told the office I had no insurance and we agreed to pay out of pocket. I paid the $456 and we were on our way, now two weeks later I get an unexpected bill for $359 from St Franciscan for labs and another bill for $170 from ameripath for labs. When I call this office for help and info about the two invoices they are telling me to call the billing service and the billing service told me to call the office. I called the office again on July 13th, 2020 at 4:02 and they said they think my balance is zero but will need to wait on another lady at the office to verify because this could be a mistake. I checked the pay website after the call and still shows an unpaid balance. When it comes to medical bills always pay them and not wait on someone said at the office. I would like to know why two lab bills and why the information was not disclosed to me before the agreement. No detail information was provided saying labs will cost x amount or how many lab invoices there will be. The Ameripath invoice has incorrect information saying primary and secondary insurance. I have no insurance so they put down false information and spelled my name wrong (zachery). I called ameripath who mailed me this invoice and they said all the information came from the office. The office clearly has no clue how to bill customers correctly. Im stuck paying all the invoices showing up at my mailbox while not knowing what I'm paying for and who. I might be paying the same service twice but who knows the paper work on each invoice says the same type of service. I put my trust into this office letting them know I do not have insurance. Now I have two invoices that ended up being more than the surgery cost. Honestly like a bait n switch and they will find a way to swindle you if this was not a mistake. I just hope that this was a mistake and can be resolved, was I billed as an insured person and why was no detail list given about the price of lab or I should say lab(s). I will work with my attorney at my work too see if anything was wrongfully done.

Took my mom here for a torn rotery cuff and they were so helpful and actually listened to her. We there approximately 45 minutes. The staff was extremely nice and made us feel welcomed. Will definitely be going back!
