DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

It was ok, employees more interested in playing on their phone than helping. Felt like I was interrupting them...

I love going here as they always have exactly what I need.

You close too early!

They had a wide variety of shoe styles and ended up getting a pair I can’t stop wearing! The employees didn’t seem to know how to help my sister when she was picking out a pair though, but the cashier was quick checking us out.

I felt kind of badd for the employees it looks like they need to be provided with a lot more training but what can you expect out of a huge corporation this is definitely not a nice local shoe store. None of the employees asked me if I needed any help or provided any guidance while I was there it was very hands off which is very disappointing considering I was willing to spend a lot of money on a wedding shoe. Dylan was a great sales person although it was evident DSW company does not provide these sales people with any training he tried his best to help me figure out how to use the shoe size or and then he went to the back to educate his other employees on how to use it.
