They let us hang out with the Aussies today, and they answered about all of the questions we had. We even got the breeder's number. The puppies are very very cute. I hope within the next week someone adopts them both because otherwise they might have bad separation anxiety.nThe male puppy was bleeding a lot in the paw (had his nails trimmed) but they took care of him when we left. He was very playful lol.nnThe female is very sweet and lovey, she wanted to be held and give kisses. She was a lot calmer than the male and very vocal.

Man if I could give this place 0 stars I would. These pups are so incredibly mistreated. They are all lethargic from lack of proper nutrition and sunlight. They’re not the right weights for their ages due to this lack of nutrition as well. Many health problems arise once they get older. Very disgusted by this store

Do not go here if you want a pet rat or any small cage animal. Just got a rat today and bought the biggest one out of the bunch as it looked the healthiest. The second the tub of rats was brought out for me to pick one out, it smelled awful and looked like no one cleans out the bottom part ever. Brought the rat home thinking I was gonna have her for the next 2 to 3 years and she died within 5 hours of being at my home. She played with our rat we currently have whom is healthy and from a safer place and died right before going to bed. Luckily our other rat is alright, but very sad to have been with her (the new one) for just a few hours and she dies.

This place left me heartbroken. My boyfriend and I went to look at the store as we’re new to town, and didn’t expect to see dogs in cages equivalent to hamster cages. We got a great dane out of the cage and he couldn’t even walk properly. He was so underfed. As a puppy, he was chewing on our fingers to help his gum pain with his new teeth coming in, since they provide none of the dogs with toys or other teething devices. The bottom of his paws were so soft and untouched it appears that these dogs very rarely (if at all) go on walks. It is beyond me how this store is still in business and has not been shut down yet.

Enclosures are way too small for puppies, lots of stories and pictures of sick or undernourished dogs especially. Really, the way the dogs are kept is appalling. I used to love going to PassPets, but only because I was young and didn’t know any better.
