After multiple bad experiences at this branch, I closed my account and I will never bank with 5/3 again. Moved my money to a credit union, and they are much nicernand more professional. No more big scary bank errors!
Went in the Bloomington Westside location to buy rolls of quarters. They asked if I had an account and I said no I don't. The teller said I would need to open an account to get change. I said forget it I'll go somewhere else and get change. Don't tell me this was about passing fake cash because they have ways of checking if the cash is counterfeit. They just thought they'd try to strong arm me into opening an account.
Bad service. The manager was very unprofessional. Patrons should be treated with respect, even if we don't look wealthy.
Unethical policies which hurt poor people. Also, they were extremely rude.
Great experience as far as checking and savings banking. I do not suggest mortgage loans through the mortage lender person they have
