Can not go into the bank anymore and I was just in there.. then they tell me I was off on my money. No way my money was off. one of the few first things I learn how to do is read and count especially my money. Now there's no way to prove it. Cuz I took it all through the damn window. when not to mention when I gave my money through the window with my change rolled and then miscellaneous change the lady rollednHer eyes. The Franklin Branch never did that.

As I entered the lobby the manager yelled across the building to greet me, and instructs me to have a seat. Too much to ask to walk up to me. Nice example for the others.nI sat sipping my coffee listening to the phone ring again and again, I couldn't help but notice the manager and another employee chit chatting about kids and the weekend. Seems like every time I come into this place those two are hanging out in one of the offices. Unsure who answers the phone here, might as well turn the ringer off.nAfter some time passed someone else came available to help me. Mrs Land promptly got me taken care of and on my way.nI suppose the conversation with the manager was more important than my time. Chaps me a bit.

I was not going to post anything but it has been eating at me. I came into this branch as a recommendation from a friend. Recently retired, interested in investing a fairly substantial amount of money. Sat with a nice young lady, her name escapes me. Anyway we loosely went over some of my options, the girl I was sitting with wanted to introduce me to the manager. She went over to her managers desk, she was sitting with another employee. It seems she was too busy to meet me. Well that’s extremely unprofessional to me. She did not seem like much of a professional, just continued her conversation about a vacation with another employee. I parted ways with the young lady I was sitting with and never returned. Took my money to another financial institution.nnHopefully this experience doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Came in 12/19 for a notary, sat in the lobby through my lunch break. I had to go back to work. Never spoke to anyone. They seemed understaffed. I decided to come back 12/20, long wait but finally spoke to someone, nobody there to do a notary. Though I might talk to the manager. No manager either. Just laughed and left. Wasted 2 of my lunch hours at this place. I’ve been wanting to move my accounts to a local bank since moving to Bloomington. Certainly won’t be Chase bank.

Came in to order checks. The teller tried to get me with one of the bankers. She said “I am busy setting up my new voicemail” I ended up waiting and having another banker order them. Setup your voicemail on your own time and don’t waste my time.
