Customer service left a lot to be desired. They do not offer veteran discounts. Not even a thank you for your service was given. Then, we were asked if we wanted to join their rewards club and we said not at this time. The young lady offered to look in the system to see if she could find my name/information. I have a very common name and the young lady found someone with my name, however, she did not verify if she had the correct person. So I'm not sure if she added reward points to my account or someone else's. Great store,great selection, cashier needs customer service 101.

Lots of selection, especially female dress shoes. They also have a large selection of ud83dudc62 boots. If you're not signed up for their perks, the ladies walking around helping the customers will get you signed up. Signing up gives you a $10 off coupon, but you can't use it till the next day. Also, each pair of shoes you donate gives you 50 perks points. 100 perks points is $5 off coupon. Liz signed me up, and made sure I knew about all the perks and discounts. Great service. The girls there are very nice.
