Backyard Birds

Such a wonderful older gentleman who was very knowledgeable! I bought a Shepard hook, hummingbird Blossom feeder, and peanut feeder and have had a tremendous amount of action with these feeders! The gentlemen spent a good 45 minutes with us and all his advice was spot on! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Arrived on a Saturday morning ready to stock up on feeders and seed. I was the only customer in the store. Was greeted by an older gentleman when he finally put down his phone. Started telling him what I was looking for. He said okay, go ahead and look around, then went back to his phone. Eventually he wandered back out onto the sales floor. I asked about hummingbird feeders. Told him I needed two good sized feeders to replace ones used last year. He proceeded to argue with me about what I needed, and how many hummingbirds were visiting my feeders. Hmmmmm ... been feeding for 20+ years. There's a pretty good chance I know what I need, and how many hummingbirds are coming to my feeders. Kept trying to change the subject hoping to save things, but it was useless. Regardless of what I said, I got an argument. I ultimately surrendered, and left empty handed. Spent my money at another store. Too bad. Nice little store. Could have been a regular customer. Opportunity missed due to extremely poor customer service. Won't be back.

Great selection of feeders and seed. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Very knowledgeable staff who care about birds. We got a 3 part bird feeder for the back yard and ever since, we have many birds coming daily.
