Pet Supplies Plus Broad Ripple

I recently moved to this area, so many pet stores to choose from!nHowever- when I look for a pet store I’m looking for a variety of high Quality raw detailed foods, which most stores don’t carry! I was very pleased to see that they carry “Primal” - an this brand has the goats milk my baby needs.nThe employees are very friendly and helpful- which is a quality most stores have long forgotten!nThank you Pet Supplies Plus ud83dudc4cud83cudffc

Just moved back and was planning to shop here again but I won’t support a business that doesn’t require employees to wear face coverings during a pandemic or even request that shoppers wear them. Two employees were not wearing a face covering at all. Don’t come here if you care about your own health or the public health.

I have been shopping here for years, and was saddened today to walk in and see one employee and 6 construction workers with no mask on all walking around in close proximity to each other and several times got very close to me. I work in retail and have been willingly wearing a mask since the beginning of the pandemic. If I got sick I wouldn't be able to work. This isn't the first time I've seen this female employee in the store with no mask on. Considering the rising COVID cases in this area and the Hospitals being over run I find this so irresponsible and made me feel like she doesn't care about anyone other than herself. I'm giving this place a three and not a one because another male employee with a mask helped me find what I needed with all the construction going on. He was very helpful, and this is why I have been shopping here for years. Next time, unfortunately, I may travel a bit further for my pet needs.
