Great, friendly staff. Not much of a selection for actual pets, more of a pet supply store. Apparently the Eugene location has a larger selection of animals. It would be nice to have that in the store info/description on Google or the website.
They where extremely helpful and informative. Great at getting you the animal stuff you need and or pointing you in the right direction to get it. Thank you guys!
I think they're okay. They definitely need some upgrading but it seems like an okay spot.
Very knowledgeable and kind, the store has a great variety and is the best pet store in Springfield. They are willing to help find products they don't have in store. A true must go to for your pet supply store.
Love this place is top notch. Always friendly staff. Highly recommend them.
