Needed to talk to branch because my debit card was retained by Atm at this location. Couldn’t reach branch by phone and was very annoyed. Then manager called me and got everything arranged for me to drive thru. Very helpful.
I had a pretty traumatic situation of a 10,000 overpayment to a credit card. I went in for help and was introduced to Michael Connors, financial consultant. He assured me that he would help me through this situation and he has. Charges were reversed, and he worked with me to resolve the situation all around with great care and compassion. I have been a customer of this bank for well over 25 years and would highly recommend this branch. Thank you, PNC and Michael!
Customer service is terrible. I drove to the drive up window and the lady walked away. Then I walked inside and the same lady mad a big deal about me driving away from the window. Proceeded to give me a hard time regarding a reimbursement check that I needed to cash from my employer.

Mary Byers working drive thru would not deposit a check my husband had signed over to me. VERY RUDE!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and she was lead teller in charge of branch today! Went to another PNC branch and had no problem making that deposit
