Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Olivia Rogers does not do a good job of being accommodative to customer needs. If she does not have authorization to issue a bank letter in a certain format, it is common sense to just forward the request to bank manager instead of adamantly refusing the customer. If the manager had not been available, or did not intervene, I would have been stranded. But Joe Wilkins is an amazing manager, and knows how to handle customer needs fully! 3 stars for Joe, and Olivia could hone her customer serving skills a bit - as tip for Olivia, Managers have more privileges for a reason, make use of that fact and treat customers better, instead of adamantly refusing them.

Only one teller on a busy Friday, no excuse, very long wait, overwhelmed receptionist and obese security guard with zero personality. Will definitely not return to this location.

Walked in and the manager went to greet me without a mask, they had 30 minute line with no social distancing, terrible customer service.

This is by far the most inefficient bank I have ever been to. The incompetence is through the roof, every single employee I dealt with was useless.

30 min wait at least to do anything. What is the point of banking that takes this long. They will always its a 10 min wait but you will look at least a 30 min wait towards 2 hours. The DMV moves faster.
