Chase Bank

This is our local branch and we have been very pleased with the service and support. We have worked with multiple people at this branch and everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Called today with some questions and the Branch Manager picked up right away. I was treated with respect and she even went far out of her way to help me address my situation. She saved me hours of time that I would have had to spend on my own and directed me to the solution efficiently and with kindness and courtesy. I highly recommend this branch, solely by the interaction that I had with the branch manager.

I would not recommend this Chase branch. I was a regular customer and happen to go in twice on the same day. The branch’s teller mockingly asked if I was employed part time and laughed before I could even reach the teller’s booth. I found the behavior extremely unprofessional and would not be visiting them again.

No one greets you as you walk in. No one asks what do you need help with. I walked to the back to see if the banker was busy and was told that he was on the phone and will be with me when he can. 30 minutes passes by and I'm still the only customer waiting for the banker and still no help. What phone call are you on that takes 30 minutes when you have a customer waiting? Not to mention, I have my 2 year old son with me and he begins to get antsy understandably. Finally, a teller walked over and she was very pleasant. She asked how can I help you. I told her what I needed and she said that she was a manager and could help me. Janet was very helpful and nice with my son which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star. She gave me her business card and told me that if I needed anymore help to call her. She went the extra mile with her pleasant demeanor and taking interest in my concerns. Very slow location with non chalant employees who doesn't want to be bothered but Janet made it better.

Usually empty with no wait, but the staff always feels so bothered to have to help you. I always dread walking in to this location because I know how bad the service will be. You're better off avoiding this location and going to Allisonville or College Ave.
