PNC Bank

Terrible customer service. Unskilled managers that take very long time to do simple tasks. This branch is in terrible need of retraining. Chase bank down the street has much better service.

Service was way too slow. There was only one worker to help me make an account. Waited 3 hours and had to leave because the bank closed. I give 0 stars.

Terrible customer service went in to create an account with my mother she doesn’t really speak English but she understands perfectly my sisters and I were translating for my mother and oh lord ... All I can say is hire SOMEONE WHO TAKES THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY. AND ISNT SITTING THERE LAUGING.nWalked right out after I saw what kind of people you guys have working for pnc.... for now i guess I’ll stick to 5/3 bank. It’s sad that 5/3 is a bigger better know bank and you don’t see them acting like pnc I wasn’t going to call the gunie out because that’s what she was behaving like Michelle Macgee needs to get checked... she’s lucky I didn’t call downtown council the way she treated my mother was really shallow and embarrassing. Never again recommending PNC BANK to anyone else. No wonder pnc is trash. Very unsatisfied with this banks services if I could give it 0 stars I would.
