Huntington Bank

Emily Omesher needs additional training as a teller. Went to deposit a client settlement check and the tellers acted like they have never seen a settlement check in there life. I literally make this type of deposit weekly. Told me I needed to have the insurance company reissue the check to the company name only. Laughed and took the check 5 minutes down the street and the bank quickly and graciously deposited it without delay. I send hundreds of thousands of dollars through Huntington. I don’t know if it was because I was on the wrong side of town or if they failed to train staff, but it was embarrassing for a teller to never see a settlement check. Business owners don’t do business at this location.

The lobby is closed so you have to drive through and that is at a snail's pace. I had 4 cars in front of me. 15 minutes later, I had 3 cars and ended up backing out of line as I didn't have an hour to spend.

This branch and the 71st Street are always super busy. With that said you have to wait for a bit but every staff who has helped me have always been professional, friendly and helpful. In fact most of the Huntington banks I dealt with in Indianapolis have wonderful staff. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I love coming to this bank. The male teller is the nicest one in here! He is always so helpful and kind when I come in (plus he’s pretty good looking)

I made an appointments and when I got there they said either that they didn't remember or that they weren't available. Don't waste your time here.
