Chase Bank

Waited 20 minutes to get a simple notarization. Saw everyone that was there when I entered and over a dozen thereafter. Had to leave because my baby was getting antsy. So irritated that I lugged her out of the house and kept her entertained in the lobby FOR NO REASON.

This particular branch always has to direct me somewhere else or to another branch they don’t answer the phones so you can’t call ahead to verify information. Whether you need a money order or a notarized document. Today I needed a notarized document for my insurance which is one of the benefits of having a chase account they do not charge, however according to them no Chase bank is notarizing documents at the moment but THEY ARE assisting you in opening a new checking account. Oh ok. They did let me know I can go to UPS...where you pay $10 per signature. Cool.

04/03/2020 6910 W 38th StnIndianapolis, IN 46254nUnited States I’m calling y’all out i went to this bank cause of my new job so basically it was my first pay period and they give a check so I looked at my check and says chase bank so since I’m like 4 mins away from I went so I could check my check so I decided to open an account with them let me tell y’all that was my wrost experience ever with a bank the teller was so ride a (Spanish lady) just because I was not a us citizen but I do have a green card and everything she was all loud sir go sit down yelling at me oh if u r not a citizen u can’t open an account I’m like what? Are y’all serious I literally cry I will never go to this bank ever I feel humiliated.

I always go to the drive thru. They dont greet me at all. They talk about you & don't realize they left the mic on. They dont even care to check & see if your in the car. They are just rude! Im a former employee so i know whats asked of us, they dont care. Worst chasr ever.
