Branch Manager is a great guy, very patient and helpful. I believe his Name was Abraham.

Best staff ever. Polite, helpful and very pleasant.

My experience here was definitely unpleasant. Tellers are rude and arrogant. We also had to stay a little over closing and one of the agents cut the lights off as where sitting with a banker. I usually don’t visit outside my home branch but did due to my location and don’t plan to after this experience at this particular branch.nnI do want to note the banker Chad did make efforts at the end to make sure we where taken care of and showed excellent customer service

My husband works 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; he arrived at this location at 5:30pm with three employees present and two clients. He was told they couldn’t help him and he needed to go. Very unfair for those that cannot arrive within an hour of closing, when all he needed was to NOTARIZE A LETTER!

Happy to bank with Chase bank. Very supportive staffs and good service. Like it.
