If you go there, make sure Kiera is your contact. Best Customer Service rep I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is very polite and helpful. This is probably the only reason I have money in this bank.

Rough neighborhood means the bank has to operate accordingly. They do the best they can, but that only goes so far when you're in a rush. Defenitely use the drive thru, it seems like they prioritize those customers

5 people behind the counter and none actually working the counter for customers. Heard someone at the window ask a drive thru customer if they had been helped yet. Staff are really not on the ball.nnAsked staff if they had tissue. Was told they'd call me when they were ready. If I'd waited, my runny nose would've been a mess. Left and drove to the Trader Point branch where people are actually friendly and helpful.
