Nick is awesome!!! He opened an account for me and notarized a document I needed to send for my po box. No wait time and I was in and out in about 15 minutes!!!

Waited 10 min at the window on my turn in the drive through for them to give me a different amount than I verbally asked for and my withdrawal slip asked for; you know, instead of clarifying if they didn't know they just guessed whatever apparently since she never asked and got it wrong. Now I get to count money 3x check receipt and acct, drive back around and either wait in line again in DT or go inside and wait to get the rest of what I needed. Thank God she didn't mess it up the other way I guess. Skip this branch if there is another on your way.

Stopped by to cash a check and was initially ignored. Then upon getting someone's attention I was helped by being talked to in a irritated manner. I have used an online bank for fifteen years and haven't had to walk into a bank in at least five. I'm sorry that I wasn't aware of the types of ID needed to cash a check from this bank. Nor was I aware that I had to pay to get funds that were coming from this bank! I'll go back to using my own bank and hopefully never have to go into a brick and mortar location for years to come.
