Bank of America Financial Center

Closing on a house and needed a cashiers check. No biggie, the bank I’ve been with for 10+ years should be able to handle it. Wrong. First one was filled out incorrectly and I was assured it would not hit my account as it would be voided. Next thing I know the branch manager is back with the teller as they fill out the second one. Great maybe everything is okay?! Check my account later that day to find two transactions for the same amount. Called branch 10+ times to no avail before calling Corp # and being informed it would take 2-3 business days for the correction if it was accepted. Quick to pull money but days to return it from something that wasn’t my fault. First and last time at this branch location.

It's a very clean and respectful place I've had no problems with this facility at all I think they do a great job

I like the security entrance. Customers service is unique.

Terrible attention, they want to dispatch everyone before their closing time, they make you wait 20 minutes sitting down to tell you that they cannot attend you because there is little left to close, AWFUL SERVICE
