Golf Galaxy

Bill came up to me as I tried the Taylormade Sim driver. Spent 30 minutes with me when he didn’t have to. After fixing my swing I was driving it an extra 30/40 yards. Nicest guy I’ve meet in a golf store. Will be purchasing the driver and all my golf products here from now on

My friend and I walked in, just browsing around. Ended up getting my friend a pre-owned driver for his birthday, and some advice on my putting. Bob was a huge help to the both of us! Thank you, Bob!

Great place. Typically has everything needed for the golf game. Usually get my clubs re-gripped there. Always do a great job, fast

Went to Golf Galaxy today. Store was clean.. people nice. Tried to exchange golf balls for a different ball. Essentially ProV1 for ProV1X. Did not have a receipt, as they were a gift. Was told I could get $16 back. I have never encountered anything like that. It's like if you went somewhere to exchange a shirt size, and they would only give back a fraction of the price to get the size you need. Safe to say I won't be going back there. I'll be taking all my golf business to PGA Superstore. Their customer service is top notch and something Golf Galaxy should aspire to.

Keegan H is the man. Stopped in to have my Rogue driver adjusted, fixed me up in about 15 minutes. Too bad i can't hire him to caddie for me, i might break 80 that way. Thanks again Keegan. Your customer service skills are superb and it shows you enjoy what you do. I will come back just to work with him in the future.
