Great customer service, minimal wait, nice clean and bright store with a variety of shoes and sports apparel.

Terrible service. All the workers just stand around & talk with each other. I ordered an in store pick up (thinking the order would be ready fast) since I was around the area & was told the shoes had to be shipped to the store when online shows they were in stock. I did end up buying them in store which makes no sense why a new pair would need to be shipped to them. Now I have to wait for my in store order to be “ready” so I can return that pair. ud83dude44

I took my 13 yr old son last minute school shopping for shoes. Admittedly I’ve not been in a mall or in a Finish Line for at least a couple of years. I was shocked at the lack of attention to the shoe fitting we needed and subconsciously expected. We were not offered any service at this location. The biggest shock was not being permitted to try on both shoes at the same time.
