Was told the jeans I purchased was preshrunk and that they would not shrink when washed and if they did I could return them. 3 pairs of jeans shrunk as been my experience so I returned the jeans with the sales receipt and tags. The manager on duty refused to refund my purchase. Manager stated once washed no apparel can be returned under any circumstance, even if defective. One store employee or manager referenced to maybe my child gained weight and thats why the jeans didn't fit!!! Really, I just bought the jeans last month and now my child is being referenced to being to fat to fit into Hollister branded Jeans?!!! All I wanted was a refund. Whether a customer isn't satisfied or a product is defective, It's sad a store or manufacturer won't stand behind their private labeled merchandise!!! By the way, American Eagle offers lifetime guarantee against manufacture defects on all their jeans... Js
The people's was so helpful..and friendly at that store I love shopping at places like that
As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted by a friendly assistant manger with a warm smile. She helped me, with my entire buying process, and all but became my personal stylist. Every penny that I spent in the store, felt well-earned.
Staff was super helpful and the entire store was on sale. Can't really beat it.
Always is a nice place to shop. But.. They really need to find a better solution, when checking out, it is really getting tiresome, standing in long lines, w/ only two cashiers, are checking ppl out.
