My husband is diabetic and has trouble finding shoes that are comfortable, lightweight, and durable. He explained what he needed and the salesperson was very courteous and helpful. This is the first shoe store we’ve been to in a long time in which the staff seemed interested in actually helping the customer. Alexa went above and beyond to help, even calling another local Skechers store to see if they would have a second pair of the ones he liked in his size. She also had several other customers she was assisting at the same time. We appreciated her professionalism very much.

There are very few places to buy their new Arch Fit shoes, so I went right to the source.nnJust one employee there, who wouldn't budge the needle on a Personality Meter. Oh well, I bought them anyway.nnSelection was low...I asked for the grey shoes and all they had in my size were the black ones. The comfort and great support won me over even if the shoes are less than attractive.nnThe perfect shoes for 2020. ud83dude00

Customer service was great I needed to make a Exchange they made it very simple. Also I added discount I exchanged one shoe pair of shoes and I end up getting two pair of shoes and only paid $16 loved it

Didn't help me but helped the WHITE couple that came in after me....
