Chase Bank

If I could give 0 stars I would. The branch manager is rude.Ive had money taken I didn't get back,constantly having issues with my account. You call customer service they send you to the branch where they dont help.Going to a new bank soon

In the drive through for over an hr and I'm NOT exaggerating. If they're that much short staff they should of made a business decision not to open and I could of easily been to another location and home by now. I just want to drive off but cant because of the cars in front and behind me. This is extremely unacceptable.
